My current GTD implementation uses a Quo Vadis daily planner for school assignments and hard landscape and color-coded index cards for context lists and agendas.

• Moleskine notebooks of many flavors (I have 8, all different)
• Rhodia pads
• Fountain pens, primarily my Parker 51 Special
• Fisher Space Pen as my backup pen
• Pendaflex clear plastic folders

• Tinderbox
• OmniOutliner
• TextMate has won the text editor war (at least for me)
• I'm a big fan of OmniWeb but the speed is too much of a sacrifice
