I believe the following line is wrong:

Add a project name to the tiddler's Tags field. For example, you might add "Judy's birthday party" (without the quotes) to the Tags field.

I think it should read:

Add a project name to the tiddler's Tags field. For example, you might add "Judy's birthday party" (with the quotes) to the Tags field.
