Symptom:

Every home has a lot of cleaning that should be done annually.

Solution:

Put a spring cleaning project in your tickler for March. It will have a list of tasks that need to be done each year on it. When March arrives, start the project. Take some tasks onto your next item list. Hire out stuff.
