To be at your most efficient, you should prevent spikes in your blood sugar [1] to eliminate symptoms such as lethargy, impaired mental functioning, and irritability.

  • Consuming vinegar before a meal has been shown to prevent blood sugar spiking.
  • Cinnamon [2] will help regulate blood sugar levels.Template:Ref
  • Eat fruit rather than drink fruit juice (sugars in juice will enter your blood stream faster).
