• "Find as you type" in MS Outlook drop-down/cyclic fields instead of current hammer on 'A' until you get to the A-entry you want. i.e. If "apple" is in a drop-down field I want to be able to start typing the word instead of the A-key until I get to the one I want; don't force me to use the mouse when I can use keyboard shortcuts for everything else.
