If the
Uni-ball Vision is the Volkswagen, then the
Uni-ball Vision Elite is the Beamer. The ink and the flow are basically the same as its slightly-cheaper predecessor, but the mechanism is touted as "airplane safe" (which the Vision was not). The Vision Elite also offers the very-nice "blue-black" ink color, which I don't think is available for the Vision. Also, you can purchase refills for the Vision Elite (can't for the Vision).
However, the "micro" (0.3mm) line width size doesn't seem to be available for the Vision Elite, which is limited to the "fine" (0.5mm, dark gray casing (pictured)) and "bold" (0.8mm, light gray casing) sizes.
