I pulled this on off into it's own page, just so I could comment on it.

In the past, I had a specific implementation of this: I worked as a delivery driver, and had to make sure all of my tools were loaded on my truck. Since I was too lazy to memorize the full list of things, every morning I made sure I had fourteen different supplies. If I couldn't count fourteen, I kept looking.
