anyone familiar with the Outlook GTD setup? specifically... if I don't like it... can I revert back to the way my outlook is now? I have thousands and thousands of emails in dozens of folders (to say nothing of all my notes and appointments); I'm nervous about changing over to a new system and if I want to revert, losing some critical piece of organizational structure I've set up. --pnoeric 21:19, 14 Apr 2005 (EDT)
If you have Outlook 2003, you won't miss the folder heirarchy. However there is no easy way to get back to the folders once you've dispensed with them. If you make a copy of your .pst (find it on your hard drive, and copy it somewhere safe) you can have a backup in case you decide to go back - you'd just have to make sure not too much time elapsed before you made your decision.
