I'm still a little unsure about physical action files. How do I manage the files between home and work? I'm always afraid that I will have left something I need in one location when I'm at the other.

Since I am a personal assistant, I have a lot of one-time tasks with documents "attached". I was invariably hunting for something. This idea was a godsend. I added one refinement. When I enter the reference to this task in my next actions / to-do list on my powerbook, I use a key word in bold to show where the item is in the Action File.
