  • Trying to figure out what 5-a-day (or more) fruits or vegetables to eat? Check out the Color Way. They're divided into Blue/Purple, Green, White, Yellow/Orange, and Red groups, which makes it kind of fun to figure out.   • Try adding a multivitamin to your daily regimen. Also, an interesting product is vitaminwater: its like a multivitamin flavored water - though that's not quite right. The flavor is deeper than other "flavored" waters - the lemon version tastes like sweet slightly watered lemonade - quite good. Try it!
  • No healthy options for food at work? Too lazy or busy to cook healthy food at night? Cook all or some of your meals on the weekend, and freeze them in containers marked with the contents, or the day/time of the meal (e.g. "lunch-Wed"). This makes cooking at home as easy as buying food, and frees up the rest of your evenings. It's cheaper than buying your lunch, and makes for better nutrition, and it's excellent for anybody on a restrictive diet (vegans, heart patients, diabetics, south-beach- or atkins- followers) who doesn't want to be stranded without the right options.
