MemoLeaf is a Palm replacement for the built-in memo program. It adds a keyword-based searching/naming convention for memos, as well as a variety of powerful searching and data retrieval options.

Tammy Cravit has developed a GTD implementation using MemoLeaf; details can be found on her web site.
